GBR Family Cleaning, LLC, an established residential and commercial cleaning company serving our community since 2016, is searching for a hardworking, dependable, and business-minded individual to join our growing company.

THIS IS A HANDS-ON POSITION!

Our ideal candidate is someone who can clean a home from top to bottom, occasionally work after hours, tackle challenging commercial projects, lead a team, and help coordinate daily operations. We aren't looking for someone to simply delegate responsibilities. We're looking for someone who leads from the front, cleans alongside the team, assists the owner, and takes pride in every finished job.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES CLEAN!

Actively perform residential, commercial, deep, and specialty cleaning services. Lead cleaning crews while working alongside team members. Assist with daily scheduling, assignments, and job coordination. Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets GBR standards. Train new cleaners and help existing team members improve. Communicate with clients and resolve concerns professionally. Monitor supplies, equipment, and job readiness. Help improve productivity, accountability, and team performance. Collaborate directly with the owner on day-to-day operations and company growth.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE RIGHT PERSON?

You have 2-5 years of professional cleaning experience and take pride in exceptional results. You're a natural leader who isn't afraid of hard work. You understand that no task is beneath you. You're dependable, organized, and self-motivated. You can work independently and make sound decisions. You're comfortable holding yourself and others accountable. You're professional, respectful, and communicate well. You're positive and have a cheerful attitude. You can adapt to changing schedules and unexpected challenges. You care about the success of the entire company, not just your own assignments.

MORE THAN JUST A CLEANING JOB

We want someone who's interested in growing with us. This position offers the opportunity to become a trusted operational leader working directly with the owner, with potential for expanded responsibilities and long-term advancement. We're especially interested in meeting individuals who have previously worked as Lead Cleaners, Cleaning Supervisors, Cleaning Business Owners, or Operations Coordinators.
