Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to remove stains and dirt buildup. Apply floor care treatments such as buffing and waxing to restore shine and extend flooring lifespan. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas by sanitizing surfaces, fixtures, and trash removal. Use janitorial supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment. Assist with environmental services tasks such as waste management, recycling, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces. Follow established cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services with a focus on floor care and carpet cleaning. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including buffing, waxing, and environmental sanitation practices. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet extractors, and vacuums effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
