Must have reliable transportation. Must have janitorial experience. Must be able to be a self- starter; to show up on time, be a team player, when needed, and have good consistent attendance. The rest areas are open 7 days a week. and shifts are 7-3 and 3-11. Also looking for a person to be a floater/fill in. This is a 1099 position, so no taxes are taken out. You will get a statement for your taxes at the end of the year. You will be paid twice monthly directly to your bank account. You must be able to pass a background check before starting work. Summary As a Janitorial Worker, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our facilities. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your janitorial and custodial experience to perform various cleaning tasks, including floor care and commercial cleaning. Your core skills will ensure that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
