Role:

The Sales Porter plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by ensuring that the sales floor and vehicle inventory are maintained in pristine condition, creating an inviting and professional environment for customers. This position is responsible for the efficient movement, cleaning, and preparation of vehicles to facilitate smooth sales operations and enhance customer experience. The Sales Porter acts as a key liaison between the sales department and ensuring timely vehicle availability and presentation. By maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, the Sales Porter contributes directly to the dealership's reputation and overall sales success. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting the sales process from behind the scenes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Move vehicles between the lot, service department, and sales floor as needed to support sales activities. Clean vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, and ensuring all vehicles are showroom-ready. Perform routine inspections of vehicles to identify and report any damage or maintenance needs. Assist with lot organization by arranging vehicles in an orderly and accessible manner. Support the sales team by promptly delivering vehicles for test drives and customer pick-ups. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales lot and surrounding areas. Communicate effectively with sales and service teams to coordinate vehicle availability and readiness.
