Overview:
Rise and shine... or own the night! As the Detail Crew Supervisor, you'll lead our early morning and late-night cleaning teams to ensure the park is spotless, safe, and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience every day. In this role, you'll oversee all detail cleaning projects, including pressure washing, building exterior cleaning, walkway maintenance, service area upkeep, and other park beautification efforts. You'll provide leadership, direction, and support to the detail crew during non-operating hours, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your efforts will play a critical role in creating a clean, welcoming environment for both guests and team members while helping the park look its absolute best each day. Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times. Perform thorough washdowns of buildings, sidewalks, queue lines, patios, and designated park areas. Operate pressure washers, water hoses, and other cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Remove dirt, debris, spills, gum, and other contaminants from surfaces. Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow established cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures. Report maintenance concerns, damaged property, or unsafe conditions to supervision. Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Maintaining cleanliness in the back areas. Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks before park opening or after park closing.
Pay Rate:
$15.00/Hr. While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the job, management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g., emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, or technological developments) dictate.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have valid Driver's License and meet Six Flags driving standards. Ability to work early morning, late night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Previous custodial, grounds keeping, pressure washing, or janitorial experience is preferred but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Must possess an enthusiastic and positive Guest First Orientation and enjoy working with people of all backgrounds. Ability to motivate with excellent leadership skills. Must be self-motivated. Must be able to respond immediately, adapt to, and oversee all emergencies. Strong attention to detail.
