Job Description
Prime Facilities Group is a fast-growing post-construction and commercial cleaning company specializing in detailed final cleans, rough cleans, and turnover cleaning for residential and commercial construction projects. We take pride in delivering high-quality, ready-to-use spaces for builders, contractors, and property managers. We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking Post-Construction Cleaners to join our team. Position Summary The Post-Construction Cleaner is responsible for cleaning newly built or renovated spaces to prepare them for occupancy. This includes removing dust, debris, stickers, paint splatter, and construction residue while ensuring every surface meets company quality standards. This is a hands-on, physically active role that requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work in construction environments. Key ResponsibilitiesPost-Construction Cleaning Duties Perform detailed cleaning of newly constructed or renovated buildings Remove dust, dirt, debris, paint splatter, caulk, and adhesives Clean windows, frames, tracks, and glass surfaces Wipe down walls, baseboards, doors, fixtures, and cabinetry Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors (including construction dust removal) Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and all interior surfaces Remove trash, leftover materials, and construction waste Ensure all areas are clean, presentable, and ready for client walkthrough Site Preparation & Finishing Tasks Assist with rough cleans, final cleans, and touch-up cleans Follow punch lists provided by supervisor or project manager Ensure attention to detail before final client inspection Maintain cleanliness standards across all assigned areas Safety & Work Practices Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety procedures Wear required PPE (gloves, masks, safety gear) at all times Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly Report hazards, damages, or unsafe conditions immediately Maintain a clean and organized work area Teamwork & Communication Work effectively as part of a cleaning crew Follow instructions from supervisors and site leads Communicate any issues, delays, or supply needs Maintain a professional attitude on job sites Qualifications Previous cleaning experience preferred (post-construction experience is a plus but not required) Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (standing, bending, lifting) Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Reliable transportation required Must be punctual and dependable Willingness to work in active construction environments Preferred Skills Experience in residential or commercial cleaning Knowledge of basic cleaning tools and chemicals Familiarity with construction environments Strong work ethic and self-motivation Ability to work efficiently under supervision and deadlines Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs Standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout shift Working indoors and occasionally outdoors on construction sites Benefits Competitive hourly pay Overtime opportunities On-the-job training provided Growth opportunities within the company Consistent work availability We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning work and being part of a professional construction cleanup team.
