Overview We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Team Lead to oversee and train our cleaning staff across multiple service areas, including Gwinnett, Cobb, Dekalb, and Rockdale counties. This role combines team management with hands-on cleaning responsibilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and proper training for new hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain their own cleaning schedule while guiding others. A reliable vehicle is required to service all designated areas effectively. This is a paid position that plays a vital role in maintaining our company's standards and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and manage the cleaning team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure efficient operations. Train incoming hires on company cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and workflow to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery. Conduct training sessions that emphasize proper techniques and adherence to company standards. Perform solo cleaning jobs after training to maintain service quality and demonstrate best practices. Develop and maintain a cleaning schedule that balances team management duties with personal cleaning responsibilities. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and promptly. Manage time effectively across multiple service areas including Gwinnett, Cobb, Dekalb, and Rockdale counties using personal transportation. Skills Proven experience in cleaning services with a strong understanding of professional cleaning techniques. Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Strong organizational skills to balance team management with personal cleaning duties. Reliable transportation (car) capable of servicing multiple geographic areas efficiently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills for effective training and team coordination. Pay:
