What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Looking for a new Job Opportunity? Malone is hiring for a Custodian position in Brunswick, GA.
Highlights:
Starting Pay Rate:
$13.00- $15.00
- Full time hours: Monday
- Friday 7:00am
- 3:30pm with possible overtime and/or weekend work as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
: Gather and empty trash. Service, clean and supply restrooms and break room areas. Clean and polish furniture. Clean windows and mirrors. Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Vacuum and shampoo carpets. Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning, minor maintenance duties. Set up tables and chairs to prepare for events. Maintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety. Perform other duties as assigned.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have and obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge). Must provide a 3-year Department of Motor Vehicle Report (DMV) with no more than 2 moving violations, no DUI convictions and no Reckless Driving. Ability to effectively communicate, understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to drive both automatic and straight shift vehicles. Ability to function within working conditions and physical requirements. Ability to work assigned hours. Including overtime and weekends as needed. Benefits once hired on withIAP:
