Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Experience Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates who are eager to learn. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
