We are expanding our cleaning team and looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards. Compensation Approximately $25-$32/hour equivalent based on assigned job payout and target completion time Cleaners are compensated per completed cleaning assignment Performance and reliability bonus opportunities Opportunity for increased hours and advancement as client volume grows Compensation and assignment details are provided before accepting scheduled work What You'll Do Perform residential cleaning services according to Whitmore Cleaning Group standards and checklists Complete standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning assignments Work independently on select smaller assignments and alongside another cleaning professional on larger homes Follow detailed cleaning and quality-control procedures Maintain a professional and respectful presence in clients' homes Properly care for company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment Communicate with the Whitmore team regarding arrival, completion, or any concerns during an assignment Complete required job updates and before/after documentation when applicable What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and professional Strong attention to detail Able to follow cleaning procedures and quality standards consistently Reliable transportation and ability to travel to scheduled jobs within your assigned service area Comfortable working independently and as part of a two-person team Smartphone access for scheduling, communication, and job updates Cleaning experience is preferred, but strong candidates who are reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented will also be considered ScheduleThis is a part-time/flexible position. Assignments are scheduled in advance based on client bookings and your availability. This is not an expectation to remain available for unpredictable same-day calls.
