Vacation rental cleaner

Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of vacation rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas. Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness. Manage laundry duties by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure availability for incoming guests. Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, kitchen essentials, and linens to ensure properties are fully equipped. Conduct inspections to verify that each property meets cleanliness standards before guest check-in. Handle light maintenance tasks related to cleaning equipment or minor repairs to keep the property in top condition. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation standards and floor care methods. Familiarity with laundry procedures and commercial cleaning equipment. Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests. Prior experience with carpet cleaning or custodial duties is a plus; certifications in hotel or commercial cleaning are beneficial.
