Columbus, GA Temporary opportunity with an established manufacturing company When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision, and medical insurance as well as 401(k), direct deposit, and the referral bonus program Job Description An established manufacturing company is seeking a dependable Custodian to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe facility for employees and visitors. This temporary position performs routine cleaning, facility setup, minor maintenance, and general housekeeping throughout the facility. The Custodian will also help support daily operations by responding to facility needs and maintaining work areas in safe, orderly condition . Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts is required.

Responsibilities:

Clean restrooms, offices, common areas, production-support spaces, and other assigned areas Arrange furniture and equipment as needed for meetings, activities, and facility operations Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness, safety concerns, damage, and needed repairs Respond to immediate facility or operational concerns and help maintain a safe work environment Maintain and service custodial equipment, including vacuums, scrubbers, buffers, and related cleaning equipment

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred Job-related custodial or cleaning experience desired Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move furniture and equipment Ability to perform work at heights of up to 8 feet using ladders and/or scaffolding Ability to work rotating shifts of 7:00 AM-7:30 PM and 7:00 PM-7:30 AM Willingness to participate in required safety and job-related training
