This position will support the daily maintenance, cleanliness, and overall readiness of our facilities, while also assisting with company errands, event setup, and other facility-related needs. This position will initially be part-time , with the potential for the right candidate to transition into a full-time salaried position based on performance, reliability, work ethic, and the needs of the organization. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, is comfortable with physical labor, and is willing to assist with a variety of tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities Perform routine custodial and cleaning duties, including: Sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms Emptying trash and maintaining overall facility cleanliness Set up and break down facility rooms for meetings, events, and other activities. Assist with moving tables, chairs, equipment, and other items as needed. Lift, carry, and move items weighing at least 50 pounds . Drive company vehicles for authorized business purposes. Complete random pickups, deliveries, and errands throughout the week. Help maintain the general appearance, organization, and functionality of the facilities. Assist with miscellaneous maintenance and facility-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Be flexible and prepared for day-to-day responsibilities that may vary based on facility and organizational needs. Follow all company safety procedures and policies. Report maintenance concerns, damage, or other facility issues to the supervisor. Qualifications & Requirements Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and follow directions. Ability to perform physically demanding duties, including lifting 50+ pounds . Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Must provide an updated/current driving record as the position requires operating company vehicles. Must successfully complete a company driving test . Must successfully pass a background check and drug test . Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment. Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing daily priorities. Previous custodial, facilities, maintenance, or event setup experience is a plus, but not necessarily required. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, trustworthy, hardworking, flexible, and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-organized facilities . This person should be willing to jump in wherever needed and understand that facility operations often require flexibility and attention to changing priorities.
