Exterior/Interior Cleaner, 2nd shift- NOW HIRING in Commerce, GA!!

Overall Responsibility The ideal candidate will be able to perform all the duties required and be an outstanding representative of ESCFederal.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Walking the property to pick up trash/debris/cigarette butts/etc Emptying and wiping down trash cans as needed Cleaning up liquid spills as needed Clean the internal hardscape, seating areas and external walkways Perform cleaning of the truck courts Operate and maintain press washer machine Observe and perform safety precautions at all times, utilize proper safety signage Report any safety hazards for proper action Other duties as may be assigned by the Facilities Manager Requirements Must have a driver's license and pass MVR check Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum Must be able to perform all required duties of the position Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment Knowledge and experience with trailer mounted Pressure Washer (preferred) Able to work independently, exercise creativity, attentive to detail and maintain a positive attitude High School Diploma or equivalent Able to communicate effectively both orally and written Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Shift:
