Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This is an

AFTER-HOURS, PRN

position servicing a government facility.

Work Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday. After hours :(2-3 hours) daily during the time frame of 6:30pm- 12 midnight for Tuesday to Friday. Saturday cleaning time frame 12 noon until 12 midnight. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness at the Covington facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or post-event clean-up. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Qualifications Ability to work TUESDAY through FRIDAY in the EVENING after 6:30 PM, SATURDAY after 12 NOON Must PASS a criminal background check Willingness to work under Live 24/7 Camera Survelliance Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as needed. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others. A valid driver's license may be required for positions that involve travel between locations. Compensation Payments will be made on a MONTHLY basis.
