  • Full-time About the Role Aidan's Home Services is a rapidly growing exterior cleaning company with an active roofing division — and we're looking for a reliable, hard-working technician to join our team full time. This isn't just a job; it's a long-term opportunity with real room to grow. Pay is commission-based on truck revenue. Starting technicians typically earn $175
  • 200/day. Once you get efficient, that jumps to $245
  • 300/day.
You also keep 100% of any tips you earn. ⚠ You must be fully comfortable working on roofs. This is a firm requirement — no exceptions. Schedule Full-time, 5 days per week What You'll Do Operate and manage the pressure washing truck on job sites Perform roof washing, house washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and driveway/surface washing Lead and manage a helper/assistant on jobs Deliver 5-star service and represent Aidan's professionally with every customer Complete job checklists, follow safety procedures, and maintain equipment Occasionally work extended shifts depending on job size Growth Path Phase 1
  • Entry Level:
    $175
  • 200/day (day one) Phase 2
  • Full Technician:
    $280
  • 325/day (45-90 days) Phase 3
  • Lead Technician (merit-based) Phase 4

Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be comfortable on roofs and ladders — no exceptions Ability to lift 75+ lbs Strong communication and customer service skills Pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience preferred, but not required Leadership mindset and a commitment to quality work Hiring Bonus Candidates with experience in both pressure washing AND holiday lighting installation will receive a hiring bonus.
