Responsibilities:

Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services to company standards Dust, vacuum, mop, scrub, and sanitize all assigned areas thoroughly Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and high-touch surfaces using proper techniques Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently Follow client-specific instructions and customized cleaning checklists Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site Ensure all work meets quality control expectations before leaving a job site

Requirements:

Prior professional cleaning experience required (residential or commercial) Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and best practices Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Must be able to pass a background check
