Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM The Custodial Leader is responsible for supporting the Site Manager with the daily operation and supervision of custodial services at Laurens County Rest Areas 87 and 88. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the custodial team to maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained rest areas. Assist the Site Manager with daily operations, employee assignments, inspections, supplies, and customer concerns. Train and provide direction to custodial employees as needed. Step in and perform custodial duties when necessary. Assist with staffing and cover shifts when employees call out, especially on weekends , to ensure continuous service. Maintain a professional, dependable, and team-oriented work environment. Follow all company safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Requirements Custodial or related experience preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Weekend flexibility and availability to cover call-outs are required.
