Whether you are working in a commercial setting or residential areas, your efforts will create a positive experience for everyone who enters. What you'll do Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces. Conduct routine inspections to identify cleaning needs and report any maintenance issues promptly. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively for various surfaces. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Support custodial duties by managing waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning schedules are met consistently. Provide porter services by assisting with moving furniture or equipment as required. Basic qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and techniques. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Preferred qualifications Experience in facilities maintenance or custodial services. Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus. Previous experience in industrial cleaning environments is an advantage.
