Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. The Cleaning Technician will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, utilizing proper techniques and equipment to deliver high-quality service consistently. This is a 1099 position, independent contractor. Early Morning Shifts!

Tuesdays:
5am•10am
Wednesdays:
7am•12pm (week a) 7am•2pm (week b)
Thursdays:
7am•12pm
Fridays:
5am•12pm Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of assigned areas. Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas following established protocols. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers safely and effectively. Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required to prevent accidents or injuries. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment. Requirements Self-motivated, able to work independently. Strong attention to detail. Must have own transportation. Up to 5 miles of walking per shift, with frequent bending and stooping. Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and walking for extended periods. Reliable transportation may be required depending on the work location. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including early mornings or evenings if necessary. A positive attitude, dependability, and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace environment.
