Gilleland Cleaning Services is looking for a dependable, detail oriented individual to join our residential cleaning team. We are a locally owned and operated cleaning company that takes pride in providing reliable, high quality service and treating our clients' homes with care and respect.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Availability between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Hours will vary based on the cleaning schedule and client needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform standard and deep cleaning services in residential homes Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and other areas as assigned Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop hard surface floors Clean baseboards, doors, mirrors, and other detailed areas when included in the service Remove trash and replace liners Follow Gilleland Cleaning Services cleaning checklists and quality standards Properly use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment Respect clients' homes, belongings, privacy, and property Communicate promptly with management regarding scheduling, client concerns, damages, or other issues Work independently and as part of a cleaning team

Requirements:

Must be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled jobs Must be detail oriented and take pride in your work Must have reliable personal transportation to and from assigned job locations Must be able to travel to client homes within our service area Must be able to pass a background check Must be comfortable working inside clients' homes Must be able to follow instructions and complete cleaning checklists Must be able to perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning, including standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting cleaning supplies and equipment Professional and respectful attitude required

Experience:

Previous residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, detail oriented, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing the job correctly. This is a part time W2 employee position with hours based on client scheduling and business needs.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 20.0 per week
