Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a hygienic living space Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to meet health standards Clean floors thoroughly, including carpet cleaning and floor care techniques to maintain surface quality and appearance Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing efficiently Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely for outdoor work and indoor cleaning tasks Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated timeframes Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management, with knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment, and detergents Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and floor care techniques Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment when necessary Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning tasks or yard maintenance as needed Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive cleaning motions throughout the day Knowledge of carpet cleaning methods and dusting techniques is desirable Join us as a Residential Cleaner if you're passionate about creating clean, healthy living environments! $200.00 - $1,200.00 per week
