Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a hygienic environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures meticulously to meet health standards and client specifications. Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface maintenance. Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper techniques to prevent injury. Maintain clear communication with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction through attentive service. Organize cleaning schedules efficiently using time management skills to maximize productivity during each shift. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, surface sanitation, floor care, and carpet cleaning. Experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and other janitorial tools. Knowledge of cleaning detergents and chemicals along with proper handling procedures for safety. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their preferences and concerns. Outdoor work experience is a plus for properties requiring exterior cleaning or maintenance tasks. Proven ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
