On-Call Cleaning Technician (Airbnb & Residential) Sapphire Shine Cleaning Co. LLC is looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as On-Call Cleaning Technicians . This is a flexible, on-call position perfect for someone looking to earn extra income. There are no guaranteed hours and no set Monday-Friday schedule. Instead, shifts become available as new bookings come in. Team members are notified of available jobs and may claim the shifts that fit their availability. Reliable team members who consistently accept shifts, arrive on time, and perform quality work will receive priority when new jobs become available as our client list continues to grow. Job Duties Airbnb turnover cleanings Residential cleanings Move-in and move-out cleanings Deep cleanings Restocking guest supplies Making and staging beds Occasional specialty services, including carpet cleaning, appliance cleaning, and other cleaning projects Qualifications Reliable transportation is required. Must have a smartphone for communication and time tracking. Strong attention to detail. Dependable and punctual. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable traveling to various job sites throughout the Atlanta metro area. Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Pay Starting at $15.00 per hour , with opportunities for advancement based on reliability, performance, and leadership. Job Type Part-time On-Call As Needed Work Location Current hiring is focused on the Atlanta and Union City areas. Job locations vary by assignment throughout the Atlanta metro area.
