Turner Middle School Purpose:
The Night Custodian is an important member of the school staff as he/she must continually strive to maintain and improve the physical environment in which learning takes place. This effort requires not only his/her assistance as directed by the Property Services Supervisor and Principal, but also the ability to "see" needs and correct them without specific direction Responsible to :Property Services Supervisor and Principal Supervises:

Salary and benefits as established by theBoard of Education Qualifications:
1. Must be able to pass a background check. 2. Must have a current TB test on file. 3. Experience as a school custodian or the equivalent in custodial service in other institutions or firms is preferred. 4. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the basic techniques of electrical repair and maintenance, carpentry, and ground maintenance. 5. Ability to manually lift a maximum of 60 pounds. 6. Desire to continue career improvement by enhancing skills and job performance. 7. Must have reliable transportation. 8. Must have reliable means of communication.Full Benefits including:
