Role Overview MCPM is seeking a Hands-On Cleaning Lead / Future Supervisor for its growing Atlanta portfolio. This role combines turn-key apartment cleaning with operational oversight, offering direct advancement into a supervisory position managing quality control, contractor workflows, and team onboarding. Key Responsibilities

Turnover & Unit Sanitation :

Execute complete turn cleanings and move-out deep cleans across all residential areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and home appliances.

Quality Assurance & Reporting :

Conduct rigorous post-cleaning inspections, document unit conditions via before-and-after photography, and report property damage or maintenance items to management.

Operations & Oversight :

Assist in dispatching daily contractor schedules, enforcing property-specific standards, and communicating real-time job status updates to MCPM leadership.

Team Leadership & Development :

Support the onboarding and training of new cleaning contractors, perform quality checks, and ensure prompt resolution of any missed items.

As portfolio volume expands, this position is structured to transition into a full supervisory role responsible for contractor coordination, quality compliance, and operational training across all Atlanta properties. Candidate Qualifications & RequirementsRequired Experience & Skills

• Turnover /

Make-Ready Experience :

1-3+ years of professional cleaning experience, preferably in multi-family residential communities, apartment turnovers, or hospitality.

• Eye for

Detail & Quality Control :

Proven ability to perform thorough deep cleans and inspect finished work against high quality standards.

Leadership Potential :

Strong organizational and communication skills with the desire and capability to train team members and coordinate contractor workflows.

Basic Technology Skills :

Ability to use a smartphone/tablet for daily communication, job status tracking, and documenting work with before-and-after photos. Job Requirements & Working Conditions

Physical Stamina :

Ability to perform continuous physical labor, including bending, reaching, lifting (up to 35-50 lbs), and standing for extended periods.

Reliable Transportation :

Valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation to travel between apartment communities within the Atlanta area.

Self-Motivation & Dependability :

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily turnover deadlines. Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cleaning team lead, inspector, or supervisor.
• Familiarity with property management maintenance schedules and turnover processes.
• Bilingual capability (English / Spanish) is a plus for coordinating with diverse contracting teams.

Pay:

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
