What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Roswell, GA Job Details Contract $17.20- $22.
- Thursday.
CDT Responsibilities:
Perform duties such as: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing of floors Perform routine floor maintenance tasks: stripping, refinishing hard and resilient flooring and other surfaces Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Cleaning (but not limited to) Restrooms, windows, offices, dining areas, furniture, elevators, lobby areas, and outpatient areas Replenishing suppliesQualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning, Floor care, working in a warehouse, school, hospital or hotel setting Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Salary- $17.20
- 22.00 per hour (depending on experience). Minimum Experience
- Have at least one years' experience as a janitor and floor specialist Minimum Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; Sufficient to read, write and speak the English language.
