Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Automotive Porter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving vehicles around the dealership and satellite lots, as well as assisting with vehicle deliveries and preparing new and pre-owned vehicles for sale. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent service to customers. Previous experience in the hospitality, concierge, valet, or driving industries is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Safely move vehicles on the lot and deliver vehicles to clients. Coordinate preparations for new and pre-owned vehicle deliveries. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their vehicle delivery. Assist in the wash tent and occasionally help with complimentary car washes and operating wash equipment. Provide support to the wholesale department.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. Previous experience in a driving-related or customer service role is preferred. Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must pass a drug screening and background check. Authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Focus on safety and work without distractions. Personal phone use is only allowed for emergencies and must be taken outside of the work area.
