You will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the office are spotless, organized, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting all office surfaces and common areas Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal Clean windows, glass partitions, and other surfaces to ensure clarity and shine Use commercial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers safely and effectively Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory needs replenishing Follow health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of cleaning equipment Ability to work independently with attention to detail and efficiency Excellent time management skills to complete daily tasks promptly Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment Reliable with a positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
