Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal across all areas. Operate various cleaning equipment to achieve optimal cleanliness. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly for facilities upkeep. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any cleaning-related concerns from staff or visitors professionally and efficiently. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning procedures. Knowledge of custodial practices. Familiarity with handling chemical agents safely and understanding chemical handling safety procedures. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while following safe lifting practices. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols adherence. Experience operating cleaning equipment like backpack vacuums and other small custodial tools.
