What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Here's what you'll get to do: Provide superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant Maintain the appearance of the building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal Put food order away, rotate stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage area Monitor shelf life and code dates Maintain a working knowledge of the operation of restaurant equipment Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment
