Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Ideal Candidate:

Keep community grounds clean to company standards Pick up trash and debris around the property on a regular basis Blow and/or sweep building breezeways and stairways Water the landscaping and greenery Assist all make-ready personnel with move-ins as needed Promote a positive attitude and assist with resident requests Must provide own tools where applicable Ability to speak, listen, read and write English with sufficiency proficiency to maintain a safe environment at all times, which is a business necessity, as further detailed above.
