Job Description

Our History Hawaiian Building Maintenance was founded in 1957 in Honolulu as a janitorial services company. As Hawai'i's commercial landscape evolved, so did we. Over the decades, HBM expanded its capabilities to meet the growing needs of property owners and managers — moving from single-service delivery to integrated building support across multiple disciplines. Today, HBM operates as a full-service asset services partner, supporting performance, reliability, and long-term value across the Hawaiian Islands. While our services have grown, our commitment to dependable service, local relationships, and accountable execution has remained constant for more than 60 years. Join our Team!
