3:30pm-12:00am, Monday - Friday; 12-month position (year-round)Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Cleans and maintains assigned rooms throughout the building. Assists in preparing the facility for evening and weekend activities. Secures the building and performs lock-up duties. Utilizes computers to enter work orders, manage email, and submit timesheets and absences. Communicates with staff and community members using a two-way radio and cell phone. Maintains building grounds during winter conditions through snow removal and ice mitigation.Qualifications:
Ability to frequently lift, bend, shovel, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs. such as furniture, trash, and bags of ice melt. Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing.Compensation:
