What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
```
Duties:
```2nd shift- -4:00pm to 8:00pm Monday thru Friday. And Mondays only 3 hrs 12:00 to3:00. Also have 7:00pm to 11:00pm hiring 2 people
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines ```
Qualifications:
```- must be able to work on their own.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
