What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Description Primary Duties:
- Responsible for cleaning lunchrooms and restrooms throughout the plant
- Provides all paper products and supplies needed in these areas
- Sends requests for supplies from tool room manager
- Additional housekeeping tasks will include washing of ceilings, walls, light fixtures, etc. as necessary Requirements
- Must be self-motivated to work independently
- Should be organized and efficient
- Must work well as part of a team
