What You'll Do As part of our team, you'll help create clean, healthy, and professional workplaces by: Vacuuming carpets and entry mats Sweeping and mopping hard floors Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms Emptying trash and replacing liners Dusting furniture, desks, ledges, and other surfaces Cleaning glass, mirrors, and entrance doors Restocking restroom supplies Following detailed cleaning checklists and company procedures Using our company app to view schedules, complete checklists, and communicate with the team Reporting maintenance or safety concerns Helping teammates when your assigned work is complete What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and arrives on time. Pays attention to details. Takes pride in doing quality work. Has a positive attitude. Is willing to learn and accept coaching. Works well independently and as part of a team. Finishes assigned tasks and looks for ways to help others. We believe reliability, attitude, and attention to detail are more important than previous cleaning experience. Qualifications Required Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to work evening hours Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift Smartphone for accessing schedules and training Authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass a background check Preferred Commercial cleaning experience Janitorial experience Housekeeping experience Experience is appreciated, but we are happy to train the right person.
