Job Description
Mixing Operator Operate Tennant floor sweeping and scrubbing equipment throughout the plant. Maintain cleanliness and safety in production and mixing areas. Sweep areas that are inaccessible to floor-cleaning machines using brooms and hand tools. Scrape excess rubber and buildup from floors throughout the shift. Use squeegees to remove fine pigments, dust, and liquids from floors. Assist with spill response, cleanup, and water removal from drums. Fold and band material bags for recycling, storage, or disposal. Assist with cleaning restrooms, break rooms, and other facility areas as needed. Collect and dispose of waste, debris, and scrap materials. Perform additional housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned.
