This position is for a consistent downtown Des Moines commercial cleaning route beginning around September 1.

Schedule:

Weekday evenings with short weekend hours

Hours:

Approximately 15-20 hours per week The primary property includes common areas and restrooms. Weekday shifts are longer, with shorter weekend service openings as well. We also have multiple locations and different hour ranges available , so there may be opportunities to combine this route with nearby accounts or build a schedule that works well for you. Responsibilities include:

Restroom cleaning Common-area cleaning Vacuuming and mopping Trash removal Entry glass General detail cleaning Final Phase provides all equipment, chemicals, and supplies. We're looking for someone who is dependable, communicates well, takes pride in their work, and can work independently once trained. Consistent attendance is extremely important. Employees must also be comfortable using a mobile timekeeping app to clock in and out, view schedules, communicate about assigned locations, and complete required job documentation. Growth and Pay Review We review performance within the first 30 days of employment . Employees who demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, quality of work, and communication may be considered for a pay increase after that initial review period . As Final Phase continues growing, reliable employees may also have opportunities for: Additional accounts Increased weekly hours Training responsibilities Lead or supervisory opportunities Continued advancement within the company
