Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
3 days per week: M, W, F or weekend. Approx 2-3 hours per visit. Pay $175 per week. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers. Handle various chemical agents safely while following all chemical handling safety procedures to ensure proper sanitation. Conduct custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to maintain a pristine environment. Operate cleaning machinery and tools efficiently while adhering to safety protocol guidelines for heavy lifting and manual handling. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and general upkeep to support overall building functionality. Follow safety procedures consistently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning practices. Ability to handle chemical agents safely while following proper safety protocols. Experience operating cleaning equipment including floor buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums. Strong manual handling skills with an understanding of safe lifting practices for heavy objects. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to sanitation standards and safety procedures. Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset. Prior experience in facilities maintenance or residential painting is a plus but not required.
