Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. Maintain floors through buffing and polishing to ensure they are clean and presentable. Handle janitorial duties such as emptying trash bins, sanitizing restrooms, and replenishing supplies. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment. Provide porter services by transporting items as required within the facility. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
