What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

- Perform 5 star guest service at all times
- Cleaning showers
- Cleaning restrooms
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
- Emptying trash containers
- Polishing stainless steel fixtures
- Dusting
- Washing windows
- Replacing light bulbs
- Pressure wash lot and fueling areas

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Professional appearance and attire
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb step ladders
- Ability to lift and/or move items up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move items 25-45+ lbs.
- Provide proper documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States
