A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Part-Time Evening Janitor Needed Immediate opening for a dependable, detail-oriented evening janitor.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday After 4:00 PM Approximately 8 hours per week Additional hours may be available

Pay:

$15.00-$16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

General cleaning and janitorial duties Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Work independently and complete tasks thoroughly

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
