This is an evening position, with shifts beginning after 5:00 p.m. This is a highly independent position. Employees will typically work alone and must be able to manage their time, follow an assigned cleaning schedule, complete all required duties, and maintain consistent quality without direct supervision. The ideal candidate will take initiative, remain focused, and be accountable for ensuring the assigned facility is thoroughly cleaned before leaving. Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided; however, once training is complete, employees must be comfortable working independently and completing all assigned responsibilities correctly and on time. Job Duties and Responsibilities Work independently without direct, on-site supervision. Follow the assigned cleaning schedule and complete all required tasks during each shift. Manage time effectively and remain productive throughout the scheduled shift. Take responsibility for the overall cleanliness of the assigned facility. Identify and address routine cleaning needs without constant direction or reminders. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, and fixtures. Refill restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners. Dust furniture, ledges, fixtures, and other surfaces. Clean and disinfect high-touch areas. Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors. Clean offices, conference rooms, break rooms, entryways, and common areas. Wipe down tables, counters, appliances, and other break room surfaces. Clean glass doors and interior windows as assigned. Spot-clean walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed. Use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely and correctly. Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, supply shortages, or unusual conditions. Secure the facility and follow all lock-up procedures when applicable. Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for every scheduled shift. Confirm that all assigned work has been completed before leaving the facility. Position Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check. Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned job site. Must have a smartphone to access the company's timekeeping and payroll systems. Must be able to perform routine physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment.
