We are a reputable, fast-growing pressure washing company serving residential and commercial customers. We deliver top-tier service that makes properties look brand new — and we're looking for driven team members who share our commitment to excellence. What You'll Do Perform high-quality pressure washing on residential homes, commercial properties, fleet, fence & deck staining, window cleaning and more! Operate professional equipment safely and efficiently Prep job sites, mix chemicals, and deliver outstanding results Provide excellent customer service on-site Work as part of a small, supportive team (or independently once trained) Pay & Benefits Earn up to $24 per hour (base pay with performance incentives and bonuses) Paid Time Off (PTO) Overtime opportunities available Tips and performance bonuses Opportunity for rapid advancement and raises based on reliability and quality All equipment, uniforms, and training provided Who We're Looking For Reliable & Dependable - You show up on time, every time Self-Motivated - You take initiative and maintain high standards even when unsupervised Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred) Previous pressure washing or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but we will train the right person No experience?
