A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Overview:
``` We are currently seeking a clearner to join our team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our client's facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for their employees and visitors. The schedule varies and you'll be given the schedule each week. All shifts start after 5 PM and may be as late as 2 AM. this position requires Saturday evening work. 7pm to 1am. Work locations for this project include both Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Spokane, Washington . You must have previous janitorial experience and work experience working at night. ```Duties:
```- Perform general custodial duties, including disinfecting, mopping, cleaning, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as break rooms and lobbies
- Perform Terminal clean of Operating Rooms
- Alternate laundry duty with team nightly for next day ```
Qualifications:
```- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Previous experience in the medical field preferred
- Current Blood Borne Pathogen certification required. (Will provide the training and exam for the right person)
- HIPPA certification desired
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
