POSITION SUMMARY

The Cleaner is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways, are cleaned regularly.

COMPENSATION

$12 per hour.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained. Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork. Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and all other common areas. Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste. Participate in Redstone training as required.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning) Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight Must have a friendly demeanor Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 4-6 hour standing shifts At Redstone Residential, we're committed to creating a workplace where people thrive.
