Ensures that all trash is removed from the building and deposits it into the receptacle. Cleans all restrooms by sweeping & mopping floors, disinfecting the restrooms, (i.e., wiping & washing urinals, toilets, sinks, stalls, walls, floors, mirrors, etc.) with disinfectant. Cleans lunchroom by sweeping floors, disinfecting the lunchroom: by wiping & washing tables, chairs, counters, floors, walls, windows, etc. Cleans windows inside of the facility. Cleans offices including desks, chairs, carpet and chair mats. Cleans lobby area including the mezzanine and observatory windows. Ensures that the building is "Tour Ready" condition at all times. Performs duties of position in the work area as needed or other tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous cleaning / custodial experience is preferred Attention to detail Ability to work independently Ability to lift 50 lbs Walking, stretching, and lifting for the duration of the shift Written and verbal communication skills Ability to climb stairs.
