Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Housekeeper/Construction Cleaner to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining pristine environments in residential and construction settings. Duties Rough and final cleaning of construction and remodeling projects Construction clean-up after restoration and renovation work Weekly maintenance cleaning for multiple residential properties Perform cleaning of residential properties and construction sites, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Maintaining company standards for cleanliness and professionalism Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment; report any maintenance needs. Requirements Must be able to pass a background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to walk multiple flights of stairs and perform physical labor throughout the day Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Previous housekeeping or construction cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Benefits & Perks We believe in taking care of our team and creating a workplace people enjoy being part of.
