Job Description

Part-Time Cleaning Technician - Sandpoint Area Serene Cleaning Services is hiring reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team!
Schedule:
Part-time availability between 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Mon-Fri) Must be available at least 2 full days per week (more availability = more hours)
Training Requirement:
Paid, in-person training in Sandpoint, ID before working independently in the Coeur d'Alene area.
Where You'll Work:
Homes, apartments, and condos in Sandpoint and surrounding areas.
What You'll Do:
Perform high-quality residential cleaning Follow customized cleaning checklists Work independently or occasionally in a team Provide excellent customer service
Pay & Perks:
Commission-based pay: $20-$30+ per hour Performance incentives & recognition Supportive, team-focused work environment
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail & work ethic Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Good communication skills Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance Smartphone with internet access Cleaning experience is a plus (we will train the right person!)

Must pass a background check Must complete interview screening process

We cannot guarantee set hours. Your schedule is based on your availability, and we work to fill your days with clients.
